I found favehotel Mataram comfortable and good value, with exactly the simple, clean, efficient stay it promises. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was compact but organized well, with a comfortable bed, reliable hot water, good pressure, and a clean bathroom. AC worked perfectly, and housekeeping kept the room nice each day. Wi-Fi stayed stable enough for work and streaming. The location makes getting around Mataram easy, with restaurants, minimarkets, and main roads close by. It’s also convenient for onward trips to Senggigi and the harbor. Breakfast was basic, but fresh and satisfying, even if it wasn’t luxurious. For a short stay, business trip, or transit stop in Lombok, it’s a reliable and stress-free choice with practical facilities and helpful service. I’d happily stay again. Joni Hartadinata & Family

The breakfast had a great mix of local and international dishes, and the service is what keeps bringing me back. This was my sixth stay at Fave Hotel, which really does feel like a second home. The rooms are cozy and well looked after, and the staff are consistently friendly and professional. I’ve been coming here for over five years, usually as my first choice each month. It’s clean, comfortable, and feels like a home away from home. I can rely on the service, and every stay has been pleasant and stress-free. Highly recommend it.

The buffet breakfast is amazing, and the staff are lovely and caring. The deluxe-room shower never gets fully hot, though, and having only toilet tissue, with no facial tissues, makes the place feel like a college dorm 😂😂😂🚽. Such a silly, stingy thing. If you can get past those two poo points, it’s a win 😂😂😂

The buffet meals were excellent, and the hotel was clean and well run. Staff were warm, friendly, and professional, especially April and Thalia at reception.
