The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they speak English well. My room was clean and had a gym. The service was excellent, with people paying attention to what I needed. They even went out of their way to keep my luggage for free while I spent a night in Gili Trawangan. Awesome!

I was told this is a new hotel, which would explain why all the equipment looked so clean. The price is actually lower than I expected for the quality. I loved how bright the lighting was, it felt like home. The bathroom was lovely and clean, all white, just how I like it. The staff were kind and their hospitality made me feel more comfortable. The food exceeded my expectations, with a good range of breakfast choices. The bubur ayam was the exception, it was really bland, sorry. This place could definitely beat a four-star hotel 😄

It’s a quiet, clean hotel with nice staff and a good breakfast. They serve European, American, and Indonesian styles. At night it’s easy to find street food nearby, and there are shops and pharmacies close by too. Recommended, we’ll come back.

Try their ayam taliwang, it’s even better than the famous ayam taliwang pak udin. Everything was perfect for me apart from the bathroom, which smelled of cigarettes.

Kautaman Hotel looks really hip and trendy from the outside, and inside it was very, very clean. The service was great too, with staff who were responsive and helpful. We had a lovely stay. Keep up the good work 😊
