The Jayakarta Lombok Hotel & Spa

I still think about those waffles. As a kid, I’d eat them while listening to the sea roar. Breakfast was lovely, the room felt really comfortable, and the service was top tier. I also liked that the hotel still had that hotel feel.

The beach right outside is a real highlight, with calm water and a lovely view for a slow walk or just sitting by the shore. The pool is spacious and well kept, too. My room was clean, cozy, and peaceful, with pretty gardens all around. The staff were warm and thoughtful, and the food was delicious and comforting. Everything felt easy and looked after. I’m grateful for such kind hospitality, and I’d be glad to return to The Jayakarta Lombok. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxed, welcoming stay.

The place is clean and the grounds are kept in great shape. I liked the drinks the bartender made, both straight and mixed, and the chef served tasty food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The pool attendant checked the pH regularly. The front desk and most of the staff spoke English well, and everyone was friendly and helpful. There’s plenty more I could say, but it’s probably best to visit one of their well-planned resorts yourself. You’ll be glad you did.

I stayed at Jayakarta Lombok from 28 December 2025 to 1 January 2026. The building is showing its age, but my room was clean, comfortable, nicely scented, and well maintained. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was satisfying. I appreciate the good service and hope the team keeps improving. I’d also suggest the owner consider renovating or at least refurbishing the property, which could improve the guest experience and help keep the hotel a top choice for loyal guests.
