The place wasn’t worth staying at. Even with a discount, I wouldn’t choose any of the rooms. Cleanliness, facilities, the AC and toilet water were all really bad. They said the water pump was broken, so we had to wait. You can find another option for the same money. I genuinely don’t recommend this place at all, and would black list it.
The lobby was filthy, with cigarette ash everywhere, and the bathroom looked like nobody had cleaned it. The floor was sticky too. Only one room light worked, the wallpaper was damaged, and the TV wouldn't turn on. There wasn't any drinking water.
It's right in front of busy Jalan Pendidikan, so getting around is easy. The room has plenty of space, a wide bed, and a soft mattress, and there's a decent-sized pool for families. The bathroom is pretty good, though its water heater is broken and being repaired. For the affordable price, the service feels fair and satisfying.
I booked through the app, but the place didn't match what it showed. The AC wouldn't work, and when I asked, staff just confirmed it was broken. Such a shame I booked here. Worst hotel in my MNRT.
The sheets weren't very clean, and the bathroom mat was filthy. The slippery bathroom floor also looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Water kept cutting out and the pressure was low, while the toilet sometimes wouldn't flush. The TV was broken and the bedside drawer too. Really bad, I wouldn't recommend it. 👎🏻
