The Wi-Fi is fast and free, and the bathroom amenities are a nice extra. I’d ask for a higher floor if you want more peace and quiet; the rooms are well soundproofed and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The team were warm and professional throughout, from the efficient front desk to the knowledgeable concierge. Service was world-class, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

For the price, the service is good and you get some peace of mind. It isn’t expensive, though there are plenty of cheaper places around. This is one of those hotels where the quality feels in line with what you pay.

Convenient spot and a nice breakfast. The venue is nice too. I just wish there were a fridge in the room for medication and cold water.

The pool is on the ground floor by the restaurant, and it’s nice to relax on a poolside lounger with a drink from the restaurant after a swim. The place is cozy and the price is good. It’s in central Mataram, handy for a weekend break, with easy access to places around town and outside the city.

During the coronavirus pandemic, I spent 14 days here in isolation and self-quarantine. The service, food, and management were all poor. Our room went 5 days without being cleaned, even though that was outside the schedule they’d told us about, and we still had a couple of days left there. Amenities, complimentary items, and clean towels were all limited. I hope they improve the service and food quality.
