My guests, who came from Jawa, were happy with their stay. It's right on Mataram's main road, in a strategic spot close to Gramedia Bookstore and the Catholic Church.

It's a very old place. The hot water didn't work, and the air conditioning was bad, with no way for them to fix it.

The staff were polite, and the rooms were spacious and quiet. You can't hear the road even though it's right next to one, and the location is convenient. There was internet, hot water, clean fresh towels, soap, air conditioning, and bottled drinking water. The walls were peeling, though, and the TV channels didn't work.

For a budget trip, this place is comfortable, accessible, and affordable. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and the AC was cool. The amenities all worked properly, including the hot water.
