The team were incredibly kind, especially Bagus, Agus, Jani, Haki and everyone else. It's clean, quiet, and centrally located, a great choice when visiting Mataram. I'll be back soon!

The location is right in the middle of the city, and the staff seemed quite good. I came along with two of my best guests, who had stayed at my villa for 2 weeks before. They booked one night while waiting for their passport extension the next morning. When I met the female owner directly, though, she spoke to guests rudely and without manners or proper etiquette. I've never met such a bad owner, with so little politeness or ethics in the way she talks to guests. The motorbike rental is quite expensive too. Maybe she needs to learn from the staff and be taught how to welcome guests and speak to them politely. Thanks.

The pool was clean and well maintained, and the included breakfast was fresh each day with quite a few choices. The outdoor shower and bathroom were nice, since the humidity stayed outside. Staff were always attentive and made an effort to meet your needs. They also offer paid scooter rides into town. For the level of hotel they offer, the price can't be beat. A great place whether you're staying a couple of days or a week.

The pool was nice, the food was cheap and not bad, and the staff were really nice. The location is good if you're staying in Mataram. The only problem was the standard room bathroom window, which had no glass, so loads of mosquitoes came in. I killed 20 in 30 minutes on the first day. We had a travel mosquito net, so it was fine, but I think the staff could easily fix it. We didn't try complaining, so they might have helped. Besides that, everything was good.
