I've stayed at this hotel twice with my family. On the first visit, the room was clean, the AC worked well, and the water heater was working too, which we really needed. This time the room was good as well, but the heater didn't work. Everything else was nice.

The price is very reasonable, and breakfast was pretty decent, with enough variety and food that tasted good. The bed had just the right firmness and the amenities were okay. The hotel feels a bit outdated, but for one night before flying home, it did the job. It's convenient for the airport, and there's a huge supermarket across the road for snacks or other supplies. I went for a swim at night and was surprised to see lots of trash floating in the water. It was disgusting. Check the CCTV for May 26 at 8:45pm. I hadn't exercised or swum in a week, so I went ahead anyway. If I come back, I'd probably try another hotel. That's just me.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. It had AC, a fridge, and a TV. The TV is a little old, but it gets some English-language channels. For Flores, the price was reasonable. Breakfast was okay and did the job, and they offer free airport transport. There was a pool that looked nice, though we didn't use it. A very good stay.

We had a terrible stay and would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Our first room wasn't ready and had ants in the bathroom, with no body wash or shampoo. The replacement room was also missing both. It took over an hour for someone to refill the dispensers. Then our key stopped working, and we waited 30 minutes before they fixed it so we could get back into the room. It looked like rooms were being remodeled and we had been given the worst one. It was worse than a Motel 6 in the U.S. I gave it one star only because there wasn't an option below that; otherwise it would have been ZERO. Spend your money at another hotel so you can relax and enjoy the area.

Breakfast had a decent selection of food and drinks, but some items had already run out and needed replenishing while breakfast was still going on. The lobby is spacious, with lots of sofas to relax on, and check-in was fairly quick. The room was clean and good, though I thought the single bed was a bit small. The bathroom was large and clean, with a rain shower, and the pool was big. Overall, a good hotel in Maumere and recommended.
