At check-in, the receptionist told me to cancel and just pay there, even though I’d already paid. The price was quite different from what the app showed, and my money still hasn’t been credited back.

I’d just checked in when I saw that the room was dirty, like it hadn’t been cleaned. I left straight away, so I didn’t stay.

There were loads of blood stains in the dirty room. I’m not staying here again 🤮🤮

It’s a lovely spot to unwind with the family, close to Indomaret and the mosque. I absolutely loved our stay, and the service was so friendly and excellent.
