I felt comfortable here, and the staff were especially helpful. They smiled and gave me useful tips despite my poor language skills. The rooms are plain and the hotel has few amenities, just as described, but it worked well as a clean place to sleep while I was busy around Medan. The location was convenient for most things I needed.

Safe, clean, and simple, this was a decent place to stop during my trip to Medan. The staff were helpful too. I'd put it around a two- or three-star standard.

There was mold on the walls and ceilings, no room windows, and rats. The staff and breakfast were okay, but we only stayed because we were in a hurry. That was a huge mistake, and this was the worst hotel we stayed at in Indonesia.

We had a room with no window, and there were patches of mold. On top of that, we could hear rats moving through the central air conditioning. It felt gloomy and unwelcoming. Breakfast and the staff were nice, but the place still wasn't worth the effort.

There was a worm in the bath, the ceiling leaked, and the window couldn't be used. The place felt creepy. I should've done more research before booking; that was my mistake.
