Getting around was easy thanks to the convenient location, good transport access, and free shuttle car. The apartment was really comfortable and clean, with everything feeling fresh and new, especially the furniture. I enjoyed staying here and will definitely return next time.

The place itself is nice, and the reception and security are nice too, but the marketing team really sucks. I rented for a year and paid a 3 million rupiah deposit. I also had to cover maintenance for broken pipes and other things the landlord should pay for. They never sent my deposit back, and every time I asked there was another excuse: one day someone was sick, another day there was a funeral, then they weren't in Medan. I'm talking specifically about Hari. If you're renting or buying, ask for someone else.
