The room was filthy, with dust everywhere, cracks in the walls, and lots of roaches.

The street-facing rooms get pretty noisy from all the traffic. Mine was cozy and clean, though, and the staff were great and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient, with Plaza Medan Fair Mall, pasar malam, and lots of restaurants nearby. They also provide airport transfers. We booked a family deluxe room and a superior room, both with windows. They were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was good, A&W is at the ground-floor entrance, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is in an ideal spot, close to Plaza Medan, and I'd still recommend it to travelers. Just be aware that a room facing the main street can get a bit noisy at night.

There's an A&W on the first floor, past the reception, with fast food and drinks. A nice place to hang out while you're staying at the hotel.
