No one was there when we arrived, and the hotel was closed! We’d booked and paid through Booking, and they had confirmed our arrival time twice that day.

The place has shut down and isn’t operating anymore. Don’t pay in advance for a reservation. We guarantee you won’t get your money back.

There’s no sign or nameplate, and I couldn’t find the place even after searching around the address. When I finally got there, the hotel was locked and closed, even though it was still listed as active on Agoda. What a mess, I was left stranded 🙈. Whatever the reason, none of it is clear.

I’ve placed an order and transferred the money, but I can’t find the address or anything. Could someone please confirm the details?

I booked a room, but the place was closed when I reached it. I also got no reply from either the app or the property.
