Living here is comfortable for a boarding house, but renting it costs quite a lot.

The OYO hotel isn’t there anymore, so don’t be misled into booking it on Booking.com. I can’t even give this a zero. The guy at reception doesn’t speak English and asked 150k for a room with nothing but a mattress and pillows. It was filthy, and I doubt the sheets had ever been changed or the room cleaned. There was no duvet, so we slept in our clothes, and the air conditioning was stuck at 16 degrees with no way to switch it off. The whole thing felt like a GREAT SCAM. Don’t come here!!
