The staff were friendly, and I felt comfortable and safe.

I booked through the app, but at check-in they told me the rooms were full. The receptionist offered no help and told me to figure it out myself. Please sort out the booking and room availability system soon, before the hotel ends up closing.

I cancelled at 7 am on check-in day, following the OYO application's rules, which said cancellation was free before 9 am that day. They said they’d keep the cost of one night, and I accepted that, but they still didn’t return the remaining money. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. This damn hotel. Repent, you scammer!

I’d already booked and paid online through the app, but when I showed up to check in, they said the hotel was full. VERY DISAPPOINTING. They gave me no solution and told me to work it out myself.

Hope it’s cheap.
