I booked and paid online through Agoda, where the listing said Hotel O Medan City near sun plaza. But the property is called OYO Residence Anugraha, and even my local taxi driver struggled to find it. Nobody seemed to know the name Hotel O Medan city, so Agoda should change the listing name. I checked out at 4 in the morning even though my booking ran until noon, then asked for a bottle of water and was told they couldn't give me one because I'd checked out. The room wasn't clean either. I won't book this hotel again. I wouldn't recommend booking and paying through Agoda; if you want to stay, visit directly and book there.

A really pleasant place to stay.

I checked out after just two hours and moved to another hotel. The service was extremely poor, the staff were unfriendly and irresponsible, and the room was extremely dirty. The bathroom was especially unsanitary. When I asked staff to clean it, they refused and said the toilet had no toilet paper. I'd never booked a room in such dirty condition before.

We were asked to pay over a small stain, even though the mattress was stained when we first entered the room. The place was dirty, the staff were rude and pretentious, and they weren't friendly or polite. JUST GO HERE ONCE.
