The staff were very nice, and the bedroom wasn't bad. A kettle would've been a welcome extra. The bathroom smelled of pee 😷. Being tucked behind the main road is a plus.

Love it!! For a one-star hotel, it's a great facility and you won't regret it. Bolu meranti, the famous souvenir to bring home, is only a hundred to two hundred metres away. My favourite dish here is nasi goreng kanasha, with its unusual curry-like flavour. The room is clean and has its own water heater, which is more energy efficient. The hotel has also put energy-saving systems in place to help save the world.

The breakfast is budget-style, with a few Indonesian dishes or toast and jam to choose from. The rooms are very clean for Indonesian standards, and the bed was comfortable. Some pipe noises woke us during the night, but otherwise we slept well. We'll stay here again on our way back!

Nice room and breakfast, and the staff were excellent. The hot shower only stays hot for about five minutes, then turns tepid.

The rooms are roomy and clean, and the price feels like good value. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the train station.
