It's a nasty, ugly mess that smells awful. Honestly, I can't imagine anyone wanting to stay here. It felt scary too, and when you open the spring bed, there's a crusty pillow inside.

We were caught in the rain at around 10:30 pm, so we went there hoping to get one of the two rooms still listed online. But there was no receptionist or lobby, and nobody greeted us. We called out and saw men at what looked like a security post, but they ignored us at first. I eventually went inside and called them again, and one man got up to ask whether there were rooms available. He immediately said they were full, even though the online listing still showed rooms. He explained that two rooms could still be booked online using a family card, but if someone booked with their own family card later, they would take the room away. I was confused and surprised. We had paid according to the rules, and I thought the system showed only one room left. We just wanted somewhere to go because it was nighttime, we were already soaked, and there were girls with us. I was shocked by the service. With no lobby or receptionist, it wasn't clear where to ask for information. The service was poor, and when we asked about an empty room for a teenager, an officer laughed and grinned at his friend. I don't know what he meant by that, but it was the worst experience I've had. It left a bitter feeling, and I hope it doesn't happen again.

I was in a hurry to get home late and only wanted to rest for a bit, so this was disappointing. I had no blanket, the room was dirty and smelled, and the guard even told me there was no house. The invoice clearly said I checked in at 4 am on the 1st and would check out tomorrow at noon, but they still told me to leave at noon that same day.
