I'm really disappointed with Agoda. I couldn't check in or stay at KoolKost Syariah@Jamin Ginting on Parang Ras Street, Medan because there was no receptionist. When I reached the owner, Marita Ginting, by phone, she said there was NO PARTNERSHIP WITH AGODA. What happens to the 285,000 Rupiah I transferred to Agoda?

The price is reasonable, and the staff are friendly. My room was clean and cool, with air conditioning and a bed, plus a private bathroom. A good option for friends staying a few days.
