The booking was made through t*a**l**a, but at 7:00 PM they couldn't find my details at check-in and blamed an app error. Very, very disappointing. Be careful about booking this hotel.

My online reservation wasn't available when I arrived for a late check-in. A really bad experience, and it felt like a modus operandi.
