I’ve booked and paid through the OYO app almost five times, but the hotel still said I had to pay the full amount. At another hotel, they said there were no rooms left even though the app showed availability and I’d already paid. OYO customer service told me my refund would be paid, but it’s been two weeks since the refund process was started. The app is terrible now.

I’d already paid in full through the app, but when I arrived they asked me to pay twice as much. When I refused to pay extra, they wouldn’t let me check in, and nobody took responsibility.

We were charged again after paying through the app, with the original payment treated as forfeited. Really disappointing. I wouldn't book Beatrix Hotel through the application.

At OYO the price was 130,000 Rupiah, while this listing showed 100,000 Rupiah. Then, when we got there, they asked us to pay another 120,000 Rupiah, so it came to 250,000 Rupiah altogether. Hotel Koncol
