Ratu Residence by OYO Rooms

We booked three rooms for three nights through Agoda, at about 50,000 IDR per room each night. Once we arrived, they asked for another roughly 250,000 to stay, saying they'd made a mistake. Why should the customer pay for their mistake? They hadn't messaged us through the app about it, and their rooms are still advertised at similar prices. I think this might be a scam. It feels like they draw you in and then ask for more money when you're tired and vulnerable. They seem to have two room standards. The ones shown online are basic but worth the 50,000-80,000 they advertised. Since we'd already paid online and insisted they honor that price, they put us in their most disgusting rooms, I think to get back at us. They were dirty, and there was no free breakfast as advertised. They were rude and didn't respect us as customers. We'd booked non-smoking rooms but got their worst smoking rooms, with burns and stains on the sheets. Everything was dirty and smelled bad. We stayed only because we were too tired and busy to change hotels, and we're tough people. When we asked to stay an extra couple of hours to go sightseeing, they wanted 50,000 per hour. If you think I'm making this up, I have video evidence of everything. Agoda, please remove this business from your site. They don't deserve to be in business, and the government should be informed and close them down.
