I could hear corridor and outside noise through the room, which was a bit uncomfortable. The balcony had a view, but it was dirty, with lots of ash and marks where rain had come in. Inside, the room was clean and didn't smell musty. The wall paint was spotless and peeling. Furniture worked and had no odors, and the TV channels were complete. The shower, toilet, and sink all worked, and the shower had good hot water. The bed was soft, and the clean blankets had no stains or musty smell. The headboard wobbled a little, the pillows weren't very soft and might need replacing since the dacron was worn out, and the small-window curtain rods were crooked and could use minor repairs. I stayed on July 7, 2024, after getting back from a trip, and booked a double-bed room on the 3rd floor. The building seemed fairly well kept, with clean paint and no stains on the front. Inside, it was reasonably clean, though the tile floors could use more attention. It was well ventilated and not too hot. The parking area fit up to 4 cars, with a fairly large motorcycle section, but it was littered and could be cleaned more. I didn't see a security guard on duty. The receptionist was friendly and explained things clearly. I booked through RedDoorz, where the total was around 163,000. At check-in they charged another 20,000, making it 180,000. There was no deposit. The receptionist said they'd requested a price update from RedDoorz, but it hadn't happened yet. For around 160,000 plus the 20,000 surcharge, I thought it was pretty good value. Check-in and checkout were easy and took only 5 minutes. The amenities were ample: two clean, good-quality towels with no odor, plus two small toothbrushes and toothpaste. There was no soap or shampoo. My accommodation score is 7/10 and the room score is 7.5/10. The inn could tidy up some small details to make stays more enjoyable. I'd recommend it if you're on a budget, and would come back. Overall rating: 8/10.

The AC is cold, though the water heater works only sometimes. Cleanliness seems limited to the towels and bedcovers. The floor is dusty, there are cockroaches and mice in the room, and the toilet sometimes smells. It also seems like several couples staying here aren't married.

The room was nice and clean, but nights were really noisy. Please don't make noise then. Someone knocked on my door in the middle of the night, which made me really uncomfortable. Men and women both come and go freely. Also, if I checked out late, I'd be charged for a whole extra day. Please sort this out in the future, and don't be nosy.
