The toilet was so disgusting I still can't get it out of my head. I didn't take any pictures because it was too gross, sorry. There was also a lot of noise from other guests, or maybe employees. I'm not sure which.

The building itself is nice, which makes the poor management a real shame. The staff were angry and unfriendly, and when the lights were off they told us to switch them on ourselves using the overhead light switch. The stairs and hallways were extremely dirty. The TV didn’t work, and neither did the shower or bidet. Most frustrating of all, there was no water. We book a hotel to shower, use the toilet, and wash up, so having no water felt like a disaster.
