This place has no windows or shared kitchen, and every room is upstairs on the second floor, so keep that in mind if stairs aren't for you. The price was 1.5 million a month, net, as of May 2021. On the plus side, it's in a strategic location about 100 meters from the mosque, with secure vehicle parking and indoor parking for motorbikes. The rooms have a table, chairs, wardrobe, TV, and air conditioning, plus electricity is included. There's a mini living room, a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower, a public water dispenser, and fast Wi-Fi. Rooms are cleaned every morning, even when empty, and a doctor can be contacted on WhatsApp to clean the room and change the sheets. The doctor is friendly.
