The towels were really not recommended, and the sheets and toilet were filthy. The roof was covered in sawang/ash. I checked out as soon as I saw the room, even though I’d just checked in. I was disgusted to find the soap had been used, and I couldn’t drink the toothpaste.

For 150,000 Rupiah, I got a room that felt more like a boarding house. It was dirty and in poor shape, with no powder, shower spray, or towels. The spring bed was still being used even though it had sagged, and the AC barely cooled the room. Service was unfriendly too. Instead of helping guests, staff seemed more interested in playing ML.

We only stayed because we had to catch an early morning flight. The place was very dirty, with no soap or towels, and after we booked and paid through Traveloka, they demanded another Rp. 100,000, saying the Traveloka fee covered only the booking fee. If we hadn't been in a rush, we would have left. We won't return.

At check-in, the receptionist told us there were no rooms available, though a queen bed was available, even though our paid Traveloka booking clearly said twin bed. We checked again and found that a twin room was available after all. They charged us 200,000 Rupiah, claiming it was different from what the app showed. We paid, but it seemed possible that someone else had already booked the room we got. 👎👎👎.
