The room smelled awful, like a chicken coop! I checked in and checked out right away because I couldn't stand the smell of the brown water. It's irresponsible to expect anyone to bathe in crazy brown water.

The service was very bad. The room and toilet weren't properly clean, and they didn't clean the room or provide room service every day. It took three days for them to clean the room and provide service. We booked through the app and paid in full online, but staff still asked us for extra payment. The spring was damaged.
