Sutomo Inn by OYO Rooms

I regretted booking this place on Agoda and wanted my money back. The listing looked good, but the property was very old and its profile seemed not to have been updated since it was created. The room was in such poor condition that I couldn’t breathe well after a couple of minutes inside, possibly because of the bad air conditioning and mold. There was a cigarette smell everywhere, from the entrance to the room. It didn’t feel safe for women at all. I wanted to cancel, but couldn’t. I’d booked for 89k rupiah on Agoda, then on arrival they said they wouldn’t accept Agoda’s price because they use the OYO app and wanted me to pay extra. Why accept Agoda bookings at all? I was carrying things in both hands and the staff member, who was playing video games on his phone, didn’t help. Everything was bad. If you want to die, come here, because the room’s condition will kill you.
