My 100,000 IDR deposit still hasn't been returned. They said they'd transfer it, but nothing has come through, and they even blocked me on WhatsApp. The service was awful. I'm sorry, but I'm never staying here again.

We stayed at Teratai Guest House while looking after our parents at Adam Malik Hospital, and it became a second home for us. It's only a few meters from the hospital, which was so convenient. The parking area is spacious and secure. Inside, the bed was soft, almost like a five-star hotel, and the room had a wardrobe, table, chairs, TV, and Wi-Fi available around the clock. The AC was cool, and the bathroom was clean, with a toilet, shower, 24-hour hot water, sink, and mirror. Highly recommended.

It's very close to Adam Malik Hospital, and the bed and bathroom were clean and pretty standard. There was air conditioning and hot water for showering. I'd suggest paying online, since paying at the property comes with an extra charge. It may just be a staff trick.

The room cost a lot more than buying online, and I really wouldn't recommend it. Service was bad, the toilet door wouldn't lock, and the bathroom floor was damaged. They also refused to move us to another room.

For families coming from out of town for treatment at HAM General Hospital, the location is useful. They should improve the cleanliness, though.
