The Reiz Suites, Artotel Curated

The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as I arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. Everyone was polite, attentive, and ready to help with a genuine smile. The public spaces were tidy and pleasant too. My room was clean, well kept, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Housekeeping had everything organized and hygienic, and the quiet atmosphere made for a good night’s sleep. I felt valued throughout the stay. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend it and come back. Thanks for the great service.

Right in the heart of Medan, with spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. The service was better than I expected, and I had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back, and recommend it to anyone visiting Medan 😊

The apartment setup worked especially well for us because my husband had work calls and could use the living room as a comfortable, private space. We knew there was no pool, gym, or balcony access and were fine with that. We were sorry we couldn’t use the balcony, but understand the circumstances. We’d chosen Reiz Suites based on its strong reviews, and it lived up to our expectations. Check-in was smooth, and every staff member we met was warm, professional, and welcoming. They paid attention to our preferences and accommodated our requests for a smoking room and a unit away from the elevator. The room was exceptionally quiet, which I really appreciated as a light sleeper. I got some of my best sleep while traveling. We’d forgotten our international plug, and the staff helped us promptly. Those thoughtful touches made the stay feel comfortable and well cared for, almost like home. We’d happily return, and thank the team for making us feel so welcome.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and it smelled fresh throughout. My room was cozy and tidy, just right for a relaxing break. The welcome was warm from check-in, and I was surprised with snacks then, a thoughtful touch after a long day. The whole stay went smoothly, and I’d recommend The Reiz Suite for its comfort and hospitality.
