I like the service most of all. It feels like being treated as family, and it's satisfying. You can stay daily too, which makes it not bad as a hotel. The boarding house is clean, affordable, safe, and comfortable, with free high-speed WiFi, free PDAM water, and a 20 kg monthly laundry fee. Parking is available for cars and motorbikes, with 24-hour CCTV and security. It's close to the USU campus. The monthly price is only Rp 1,500.00.

At 100,000 Rupiah a night, I'd choose to stay here over a hotel. It's very comfortable and clean, with fairly complete facilities. It's family-friendly, and I think it's among the best homestays in Medan.
