The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. I liked seeing local fruit like buah salak served. The room was huge and very clean, which made the stay extra comfortable. The hotel's in a really convenient spot, close to a shopping mall and lots of restaurants. It was a truly pleasant stay.

The room was spacious, which worked well for our big family. I do think the dinner we ordered could taste better, and the breakfast should offer a mix of Western and Nusantara food. Prices could come down too, since there are lots of apartments around offering lower rates.
