Spacious And Comfy 3Br (6 Pax) At Vimala Hills Villa & Resort Gadog

The service was excellent, and the villa is in a very strategic spot near the toll entrance. Some areas were a bit dusty, though. The poolside was covered with synthetic grass that seemed dirty and could hide animals that cause itching. After my visit, the sole of my foot swelled up and itched for a week.

I expected a premium experience at Vimala Hills, but the access setup was surprisingly poor. Getting in and out was complicated, and when we needed to leave, there was no security officer at the exit gate. We got stuck inside and delayed, even though we were rushing to an outside wedding. This didn’t feel guest-friendly. A property like this needs a smarter, more flexible system and staff who can respond. Being held up because no one was available needs urgent improvement.

The rooms were okay and the facilities were great, but the toilet in the main bedroom of vamela himalaya smelled and the hygiene was a bit off. The other toilets were fine. The room boy was helpful.

When I checked with the Vimala authorities, they said the property didn’t exist and explained that legitimate villa rentals go through official management or verified individual owners on Airbnb. They also said others had reportedly been caught by similar scams. I’d paid in advance for this villa for my driver while I was staying at the Pullman, and when we got there, it was just an empty plot. There was no villa. The whole thing was frustrating and disappointing. Please check listings carefully before booking.
