Cipayung Asri Hotel

Good.

The friendly service was a plus, and the place is roomy enough for a family holiday. The hotel feels old, though, and several things need attention. The large fridge and hot water dispenser were broken, the AC struggled to cool the big room, and the lights didn’t all work. Wi-Fi only reached the front desk, the TV channels weren’t great, and there was no bin in the room unless you asked for one. Rooms aren’t cleaned each day, but you can borrow cleaning gear from the front desk. They also don’t provide soap or shampoo. There’s plenty of space, with a living room, sink, glasses, plates, towels, towel rack, and a sofa and table. The room had a small fridge, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, three single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub and sitting toilet. There’s also a garage and a gallon water dispenser.

The swimming pool was the one plus. My single bed had been made into a double, there was no hot water, and the cupboard was dirty and looked neglected. The TV picture was very blurry, the toilet was broken so we had to flush it with a dipper, and the AC no longer cooled. We got a room with red door facilities, supposedly cheap, but the hotel price was *.

There’s a lot of room, including a living area with a sink, glasses, plates, towels, a towel rack, and a sofa with a table. The bedroom has AC, a TV, wardrobe, dressing table, and one single bed, plus a bathroom with a sitting toilet. A garage and water dispenser are also provided.
