Getting here was easy without having to deal with the Puncak traffic, and the rates are very affordable. Our room was clean and roomy, and the reception team handled our requests well. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were attentive and helpful. A lovely spot for a weekend away, highly recommended.

Being close to the toll exit for Puncak helps avoid heavy traffic. The place does need to improve its cleanliness, though.

The toilet was fine, at least, but there were lots of bugs when I arrived, including some big ants.

We had a good time gathering here for 2-3 days. The food was okay, and the staff were all helpful.

The atmosphere and hotel itself were great, but the bugs and ants were there to share the bed. And the towel? Crumpled, worn, and dirty, though apparently it had been washed. Quite the perks.
