I couldn't sleep at all. I drove from Jakarta to Caruban hoping for a decent place to rest, but there was nothing comfortable about this place. The service felt strange and went beyond what a customer should expect. Outside Nurul, it says it's sharia-compliant, but it looked like a sex place and didn't feel welcoming to visitors. I swear I'm telling the truth.

The smell inside was bad, and the dim lighting caught me off guard. We stopped here on the spur of the moment after getting back late from Bromo, since my father wasn't up to driving any farther. I hadn't checked the reviews, and when we arrived it didn't feel like an inn. I wouldn't recommend it.

I lost 150 thousand rupiah and a lot of time. I booked in the app, then arrived late at night after traveling from out of town and knocked repeatedly, but nobody opened the door even though the app showed the homestay as ready. There were other branches, but they didn't help me or confirm anything. I really regret booking.

The men were nice and still came to open the door in the morning, even though they'd gone to sleep late. The room had no trash bin, mineral water, or TV. In the bathroom, the drain was clogged, there was a spider web, and the mirror had no curtain, so it was visible while using the toilet. There was no sign showing the Qibla either.

I booked on Traveloka, but the hotel isn't there and I can't get a refund.
