TF Homestay near Alun Alun Caruban

FIX IT, this was a terrible experience. I booked through the app and arrived at night, since I was traveling from out of town. I knocked and banged, but nobody opened the door, even though the homestay was marked ready in the app. I lost 150 thousand rupiah and wasted time. There were other branches, but no one backed me up or confirmed anything. I really regret it.

For a rural area, this works well. The AC was on in every room and it gets really cold, so I can't imagine anyone finding the place uncomfortable. The facilities are complete, though they don't provide toiletries. There's also a boarding house upstairs for monthly stays.

There were lots of mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom was very dirty and looked poorly maintained, and the receptionist was unprofessional with a poor attitude. That's why I gave it one star.

There are very few male employees, and they're so unfriendly. They said the empty rooms were full even though I'd already booked through the app. If you're going to work there, please be professional.
