The bathroom and room were dusty and dirty, and the toilet wasn't clean either. We were glad we'd brought our own pillows and blankets. At check-in, the sheets had stains that looked like blood and the room wasn't ready. Since it was already 11 PM, we did a quick clean, performed ablution, and went to bed. We had booked two nights but left after just one. At dawn, the water was muddy and the shower stopped working. When we reported the low flow to reception, they just said there was a water problem. Hopefully management takes this as feedback.

The location is convenient, right by the road, near Indo, the petrol station, and the terminal. But I wouldn't say it's a good place to stop over. The floor was dirty, the facilities were incomplete, and the towel was torn and tiny, more like a face towel. They said mineral water was included, but when I asked, there wasn't any. I usually expect at least mineral water wherever I stay. Please pay more attention to this, since an unsuitable room can make it hard for visitors to rest comfortably.
