Neo Kota Baru Parahyangan Hotel

The breakfast buffet was my favorite part. There weren't tons of options, but what we tried tasted good. I loved seeing INDOMIE, and the sauteed mushroom, bakwan jagung, and pastries were great too. Staff were friendly and quick to respond, especially Ms. Raira and Mr. Kukuh, along with the others whose names I didn't catch. We booked standard rooms for a one-night staycation, and the concierge found us two rooms next to each other. The room was compact but cozy, modern, and smart, with Google Nest. I liked how the lift worked out the floor after we tapped our room card. There was plenty of free parking, and Coway mineral water was available to drink freely. A couple of things to know: the shower has only a half glass partition, so water gets all over the basin and toilet area, though the tiles dry quickly. I would have preferred stronger coffee at breakfast, but that's just my taste. The tech could perhaps be tricky for older guests. Connecting rooms are only between Superior and Executive rooms. Extra beds are meant for those room types because of the size, but none are currently available. Still, it was a pleasant stay and good value. Thanks, Neo!

Breakfast had plenty of choices and the food was quite good. Our Superior Room was clean and roomy, and being near the toll exit made getting around easy.

Almira at the Front Office made check-in easy. She welcomed me warmly, explained things clearly, and took care of what I needed in a professional way. Arsyad in the restaurant was also friendly and attentive, and I felt that same genuine hospitality from the other staff throughout my stay. The hotel is easy to reach and well located. Everything was clean, organized, and equipped with modern technology, and the food was delicious and nicely prepared. I had a really excellent stay and would definitely return. A strong choice for work or leisure.

Mr. Riki was quick and helpful at check-in, shared information about the hotel and its facilities, and even brought my luggage to the room. The breakfast was delicious, and connecting rooms make this a good option for a family. I was very satisfied with the service, and the hotel also suits couples.
