The room needs some work. It felt humid, the paint was peeling in places, and the bathroom was dark and not especially well maintained. There was an odd smell when we first checked in, but it disappeared after we switched on the AC. The pool was a nice extra, the food was better than standard and enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and very friendly. I’d say it works for a one-night stay, though I probably wouldn’t suggest staying longer.

A comfortable bed and warm shower made this a good place to rest overnight. They use a water dispenser instead of providing bottles to save water. Just be aware that the shower water has a metallic smell.

We paid Rp400k per night at the hotel. We were on our way to Surabaya and stopped here for a break. It’s a standard room in a decent transit hotel, and breakfast begins at 6 in the morning.

The reception staff were very good, and room service gets 10/10 from me. We ordered beer, which they bought outside the hotel and brought up to our room. The room itself was fairly basic for the price, and the bathroom's hot water was barely lukewarm. Credit cards are accepted. It’s beside the ring road, handy for interstate travelers.
