The grounds, beach, and pool were beautiful and well kept, and our room was clean with lovely beach views. The food was delicious and good value, though the pasta portions were a little small. Staff were very helpful, especially when they found us a driver at a reasonable price. We accidentally broke two coffee cups that had been placed on a wooden tray right at the edge of the desk. The 200k IDR charge felt steep for two cups by Indonesian standards. We understand paying for damage, but it seemed expensive, and having to pay that particular charge in cash at checkout felt odd when we could pay the rest of the bill by Visa. Still, we'd recommend staying here.

The white sand beach right in front was a highlight, with clear water and lively corals that made swimming, snorkeling, or just relaxing by the shore lovely. The resort itself was spotless, from the rooms to the shared areas, and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful while still convenient. The staff were welcoming and courteous from the minute we arrived, and they handled every request thoughtfully and efficiently. We had a wonderful stay, with great service and a memorable beach experience. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway.

You can snorkel on beautiful reefs just ten steps from your chalet, with several pools right in front. The rooms are excellent, and the A/C is powerful. Really good food and the friendliest staff ever, what more could you ask for!

The reception staff were incompetent. Our room faced a wall, was old, and had things that didn't work. There was a lot of street noise too. I booked and paid for six rooms, and you made the mistake of putting me in the worst one.
