Junaidin made our trip memorable, and we’re deeply grateful. He was warm, humble and friendly through everything, and the management is lucky to have him. We arrived very early after leaving another hotel, and he safely stored our bags, welcomed us with drinks and helped arrange scooters. During the stay he seemed to be everywhere, checking us in, cleaning rooms, carrying our luggage upstairs, bringing breakfast each morning and helping organize sightseeing. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable too.

The sea-facing location was good enough, but I didn't enjoy the stay overall. Rooms are small, the bathroom floor was covered in water, and it may have been leaking somewhere. The overhead shower wasn't good. Service wasn't great either, with only one person available for the whole stay.

The pool and sea view were the positives, though seeing lizards around the pool was a bit creepy. We booked two deluxe rooms, but only one was available, so we were given two different rooms on separate floors. One had an AC problem that was eventually fixed by moving us; the other had a faulty mini-bar and a TV that didn't work. Rooms were on the small side, breakfast choices were limited, especially for vegans, and the open bathroom setup was a bit challenging for Indians. The biggest problem was scooter rental. They charged exorbitant rates and gave us a faulty scooter. A family member had an accident when the brakes failed, and we were lucky there were no serious injuries. With so many issues, I'd give this hotel one star. I'd advise others to be cautious and check their rooms and services thoroughly before committing.

Staff were nice, and the stay wasn't too bad overall, but most things felt average. This is the back hotel, sharing the swimming pool with the front hotel. The room looked nice, though it needed maintenance: the shower was broken, water pressure was weak and the sewage was blocked. The photo is confusing because it looks different from the actual place.
