The staff were helpful, and breakfast was delicious. I also found the modern bungalows clean, with a really comfortable bed. They sit above the village, with lovely views of Mount Agung in Bali, and there’s a pool.

The staff were so friendly and made our stay even better, and we felt very welcome from the start. The rooms were great too. It’s a lovely spot for some peace and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle, and we found it incredibly relaxing. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for that.

A lovely, relaxing place, well away from the tourist areas.

The staff were always smiling, friendly and helpful, and I’d come back. It’s a little out of the way but incredibly peaceful, with a lovely pool and spacious, clean rooms. If you ask, they’ll bring breakfast to your bungalow’s veranda. Scooters are available to rent on site at reasonable prices. Smiling staff may be common in Bali, but it’s still something I appreciated.

The road up is steep, but it’s in good shape. We got a warm welcome, and he’d already sent us information by message. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and there’s a nice pool. ‘The Granyam Garden Cottage’ is wonderfully quiet and highly recommended.
