The cabin was inexpensive, and the person in charge was the best part of our stay. Whenever I needed food, a scooter, transfers, or just answers to questions, he replied quickly and was really helpful. The location is a bit out of the way, which suited us well. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the shower had strong pressure. It can get noisy, though, with very loud neighbors and roosters starting up at 4 am.

We arrived with our two kids to find that the two rooms we’d booked through booking.com a month earlier were unavailable, despite having paid in full and received the property’s WhatsApp confirmation. When we asked what could be done, they offered a different place with terrible reviews, described as dirty, messy, and completely unacceptable. We felt our booking promise had been broken after they took our money, leaving us stressed on the island and scrambling to find somewhere ourselves. This was a dishonest and unreliable experience. Avoid this place. They may take your money and leave you with an awful alternative.

I booked the two-bedroom villa and have a full video recording from 1 April 2025. The place felt insecure and unhealthy, and there was nothing available even at breakfast. The AC didn’t work either. It’s a one-star property in my view. Online hotel apps show it as three stars, which is incorrect, and the platforms should verify property information before listing it.

I had a confirmed booking with Agoda and paid in full, but when I arrived they said the place was full and wouldn’t check me in. They offered somewhere even worse and wanted extra money for it.

My booking had already been confirmed by the villa staff, and they said my room was available. But when I arrived to check in, they told me every room was full and that I had to pay 200k for a new room. The villa took no responsibility for my booking. Very bad service, don’t go here.
