The standout part of my stay was the massage at Pürovel Spa. Mbak Dewi made it incredibly relaxing, and the serene spa and pristine pool both exceeded expectations. At Nusa, breakfast and dinner offered an excellent selection with lots of delicious variety, though the waitstaff could use more training to meet 5-star hospitality standards. We had a few minor problems with our first room, but duty manager Mr. Johanes quickly moved us to an upgraded one. It was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and had stunning views of IKN. From check-in through check-out, the staff were warm and professional, and seemed to anticipate what we needed. Swissotel Nusantara was a delightful stay, and we’ll definitely return when we visit IKN.

The room was modern, clean, spacious, and beautifully done, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and top-notch food. My family and I had a fantastic short escape at Swissotel Nusantara. From arrival, we felt welcome thanks to the staff’s hospitality. Special thanks to Mr Kukuh at the front desk for greeting us warmly, and Mr Hasbi at restaurant for helping make the stay enjoyable. We loved staying at this hotel in IKN and will definitely come back.

Breakfast the next morning was very good, in my opinion, and the food in general was delicious and well prepared. Our room service order, a pizza and saté, took about an hour and arrived lukewarm rather than hot, which disappointed my wife and me. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return. The bed was AMAZING, and the room felt cozy and well equipped. I liked the adjustable shower head and the fridge stocked with complimentary drinking water in glass bottles. It was nice that the hotel rents bicycles for adults and children, a good fit for the area’s beautiful bike lanes. Everything felt clean, luxurious, organized, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Carol was especially kind, and the whole staff seemed sincere about looking after guests.

Room quality, facilities, and service were excellent, and Rara and Komang deserve credit for their outstanding hospitality. We did run into a couple of small errors: the welcome card had the wrong guest name, and the first WhatsApp message did too, though that was corrected. Breakfast could be improved for a 5-star hotel. Even so, it was a truly wonderful experience overall.

The kids really enjoyed their stay, and the helpful staff and good food added to the experience. Special thanks to Carol, Angel and Hesqy for looking after us during our stay at swissotel🫶🏻. The room overlooked the pool and surrounding greenery, making it feel peaceful, and the whole place had a calm, warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The lobby was beautifully decorated, especially the big floral arrangement and unusual wooden chandelier. The corridor felt quiet and elegant, with a lovely framed view at its end. A wonderful place to relax and unwind.
