OYO 3710 Izzi Hotel

The room had AC and was decent, though cleanliness could be better and the bathroom was small. Security isn't always there around the clock. The service also felt unfriendly. I booked on Traveloka for 128,000 rupiah per room, then was told, "The room here is 300, miss." The hotel itself is 250,000-300,000 rupiah per room, and yesterday I found out their Traveloka partnership had ended. They only accept direct bookings now, so the booking I'd made wasn't honored. A few meters away there's reportedly a cheaper daily boarding house. And if you're no longer working with Oyo, please take down the Oyo neon sign. Thanks 🙏🏼

The atmosphere is pretty good, and the place feels cool and comfortable. It's right on the main road, which is a strategic spot. Rooms downstairs look a bit neglected, though, with messy paint and a cracked ceiling. It also feels a little expensive for the area.

The hotel looked very different from the photos and wasn't very good. I booked through the app, but they said it wasn't available because hotel management no longer worked with the app. I lost what I'd paid, and the service was really bad. Be careful if you're thinking of staying here. I'd look for another hotel.

As far as I know, Izzi Hotel stopped working with OYO a long time ago. Lots of people still seem to book through the app 🙏🏻🙏🏻, but it's best to go straight to Izzi Hotel or call 081252244612 to reserve a room.
