The staff were helpful with luggage, which matters since there’s no elevator and rooms on the third floor mean taking the stairs. The location is handy, just a short walk from Teleng beach, and the room size was okay. Still, cleanliness could be better, the rusty bathroom faucet needs attention, and the furniture could use repainting. The AC blows straight onto the bed, so you feel it directly.

For a night or two in Pacitan, this is a clean, budget-friendly option, and the beach is only about a five-minute walk away. I was there for work and found the room a bit cramped for my needs. The bathroom worked, though it felt dated, and I could hear a fair amount of noise in the building, which was an issue for me as a light sleeper. I’d recommend it for a short stay, but wouldn’t pick it for a longer trip.

Breakfast ran short during the busy period, and the staff were slow to bring more out. The fried fish was good, though. My room on the fourth floor was spacious and clean enough, but there’s no lift. The Wi-Fi didn’t work up there, and the shower pressure was weak; water also took a while to drain.

They still put out a breakfast buffet even though only two rooms were occupied, which was a great effort. I was in Pacitan for an activity, and the hotel is close to Pantai Teleng Ria, about a 300 m walk. It also feels like a newer-looking hotel for town 😊😊.

A good spot for a family or a loved one, with Teleng Ria beach about a 15-minute walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was okay. The water heater sometimes didn’t work properly for some reason. Enjoy!
