We enjoyed watching local young people practise traditional Javanese dance in the pavilion. The hotel itself has a peaceful, roomy feel, lovely food, and a very clean room with a huge, beautiful balcony over the rice fields. The staff were excellent as well.

On a budget? This place is a good fit. For IDR 135.000,- (USD 1), you get a private room with views of rice paddies and hills, enough amenities, parking for 20 cars, and tasty Indonesian food. If you're after a fancy stay, this isn't the place.

The hills behind the paddy fields make for a nice view, and the air is fresh. It's a small, standard hotel with plenty of parking and a meeting room. Cleanliness and maintenance could use some work. Also, the listed rate is room only, literally: towels cost extra, 10K each.

The rooms are good and the surroundings are clean and calm, but the lack of basics is inconvenient. There's no soap, tissue, towel, or water in the room, and you have to pay extra for all of them.

The rice field views made it peaceful and quiet, so we slept well. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was neat and clean, the facilities were in order, and the air conditioner worked well.
