The front desk told me to cancel because the rate on the third-party site hadn't been updated correctly. Two days later, OYO charged my credit card for taxes, even though I never stayed and the hotel had asked me to cancel. Good at charging guests who weren't even there.

A good low-budget place for one night. The room and bathroom were clean.

The shower was in such bad shape it shouldn't have been used. It was rusty and stiff, and the TV didn't work, the AC wasn't cold, and the facilities were inadequate. We didn't realize the shower wasn't working properly, so when its faucet broke, they asked us to replace the whole set. It was badly rusted, but they said it had only just been replaced because the shower had broken before. The staff were rude, and this was a really bad experience. Think twice before coming. I regret it 😭
