We were asleep when a security guard let OTHER GUESTS into our room in the middle of the night. This really happened, it wasn't some bad horror film. The staff seemed to think we hadn't noticed and quickly shut the door. The worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The staff responded well, but there was a centipede in the bathroom, which was pretty shocking. The water heater needs to be set up first, and the location isn't very good.

The building feels old, and the furniture is dated. Cleaning was poor, and the place had a terrible smoky smell.

The staff were friendly and really helpful. The room and bed were comfortable, and it was a pleasant place to stay.

The hallway leading to the room is a little narrow, though the hotel itself is good and so is breakfast.
